The Taylor Gallery

The Taylor Gallery is a well-lit and versatile space in the Flickinger Arts Center, just off the main lobby. The Gallery is a home for student art shows and serves as an exhibit space for artists from outside the school community. All shows are open to the public and free.
To enhance the ambiance of the gallery, each show is preceded by an official Art Opening. All are welcome to attend the festive events. Shows cover a variety of media, from pottery, photography and painting, to printmaking and collage, and are always a delight. Openings highlight local and not-so-local artists and sometimes feature alumni, faculty and former faculty. These openings are often scheduled to coincide with student or guest performances in the theater.

Passionate About the Arts?

Launched in 2017, the Art Scholar program centers student learning through the creation and exploration of art. Through course work and production, Art Scholar students have a breadth and depth of understanding in their area of focus: visual arts, dance, theater or music. Making art on and off campus is supplemented with viewing art and an understanding of how these expressions reflect the society in which we live.
