The Kimball Union Girls' Varsity Soccer program has established itself as a formidable force within the New England Preparatory School Athletic Council (NEPSAC) competition. Their dedication and relentless pursuit of excellence have yielded admirable results over the past decades, including many appearances in the NEPSAC playoffs. The program's crowning achievement came in 2016 when they won the NEPSAC Class C Championship, etching their name in the annals of the school's athletic history. Since this achievement, the team continued to demonstrate its prowess, securing semifinal berths in both the 2017 and 2018 New England Class C tournaments.
Coach Sheff joined the program as Head Coach in 2026. A graduate of KUA, Coach Sheff brings more than 20 years experience on boys' varsity coaching staffs to this role. Throughout his 17 seasons on the staff at Middlesex, he helped win a NEPSAC Championship (2018), and in 2024 the program was named by New England Soccer Journal as a Top 5 Class B program of the last decade. Coach Sheff holds a National Diploma from the NSCAA / United Soccer Coaches.
