Our doctors and nurses are educators, first and foremost. They are part of the team here that helps students build a platform of knowledge on which to base decisions about food, activity, relationships, preventative practices, and the future. And when reactive action is required for an emergency, Health Services is there to treat a wide range of illness and injury.
Not only do our students utilize Health Services, faculty and families do as well.
Students requiring professional medical, dental and mental health services beyond the scope of the health center are referred to the nearby Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center (DHMC) and other community health offices. The nursing staff makes all necessary transportation arrangements for off-campus student appointments.
The Health Center is a clinical site for nursing students from Colby Sawyer College and Norwich University. Student nurses spend clinical time in Kimball Union's Health Center as a residency for school nursing and adolescent care. We are proud to be nurturing the next generation of nurses.
Staffed by registered nurses with extensive experience working with adolescents, the Tracy Health Center is open Monday through Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and Sundays as needed. A nurse is on call after hours. Students are encouraged to come to the health center to talk about any and all health issues, including physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
If you have questions about the services provided through the Health Center, feel free to contact us at email@example.com or call 603-469-2055. We're passionate about our students' well being and providing them with the best possible health care.
