KUA (2) @ Wilbraham & Monson (1)

KUA BVS persevered on the road against Wilbraham & Monson on their home grass field. Physical conditions forced a slow ball and a frustrating first half, but with an early goal from Calvin, assisted by James, KUA took an early lead. After a defensive breakdown, and a tied game, KUA dominated the final 20 minutes of the game putting several shots just wide of the frame and one shot off the post. With 4 minutes left, James crossed the ball to Faraja on the corner of the 18yd box who drove to the endline, crossing the ball to a waiting Jackson for the game winning goal. Wes stepped into a defensive roll for the second half and Daishin stepped into the 10 position to combine with James to force several attacking opportunties.
