Home Match vs. Holderness

We were treated to some warm weather at the KUA courts on Friday, with windy conditions only blowing in for the second half of our match against Holderness. There were some great, close matches, with our KUA athletes putting a good number of games on the board. Adde came in with our one match win for the team, holding her own in a great singles match vs. the number one Holderness seed. Clairette stepped up and played well in her first scoring matchups of the season in singles and doubles, where she and Mia D. made for a great combination. It was especially fun to see our doubles teams out there having a great time and just enjoying the sport; shoutout to Piper and Sophie for their fun and positive attitudes! Finally, we saw some exciting doubles points play out on court 1 as Ali and Adde battled it out vs. the number one doubles team from Holderness.
