Wildcats Shutout New Hampton to Open 2026

Senior goalie Cam Ingram stopped all 27 shots he faced to help the Wildcats to a 4-0 win over New Hampton in KUA's first game of 2026. Jackson Kimelman opened the scoring 15 minutes into the first period when he tipped in a shot from Lucas Hannay. Josh Phillips also assisted on the play. The game remained 1-0 until late in the third period when Aiden Bean deflected a Thomas Ojard shot into the New Hampton net. Dawson Wood picked up the second assist. Conal Mulkerrin made it a 3-0 game minutes later, and Wood closed out the scoring late in the third, finishing off a passing play from Bean and Alexis Gagne.
