KUA Advances to NEPSAC Semi-Finals

The Wildcats got two goals from Alex Keller, two assists from Duncan Ramsay, and 26 saves from Dan Heroux to beat Holderness 4-2 in the first round of the NEPSAC Elite 8 Championship. After falling behind 1-0 early in the first period, the Wildcats scored two goals 35 seconds apart to take the lead. Keller cashed in a pass from Revy Mack to tie the game and Mike Sullo scored from the slot to give KUA the 2-1 lead heading into the second. After Holderness tied the game, Jackson Kyrkostas tipped home Ramsay's point shot for the eventual game-winner midway through the second. In the third, Keller added an empty netter to round out the scoring. KUA hosts Salisbury in the Elite 8 semi-finals this Saturday.
