KUA Beats Hotchkiss at Flood Marr

After seeing a three-goal lead in the second period become a 3-3 tie going into the third, the Wildcats scored twice in the third period to take a 5-3 over Hotchkiss on Saturday at the Flood Marr Tournament at Noble and Greenough School. Tyler Wishart scored in the first period while Jaiden Moriello and Will Blackburn tallied in the second before three straight Hotchkiss goals knotted the game heading into the third. Moriello scored a minute into the final frame and completed the hat trick with an empty-net goal in the final minute. Blackburn finished with a goal and two assists while Jackson Kyrkostas had three assists for the Wildcats. In goal, Colby Boyce made 24 saves, which included stopping all twelve shots in the third period.
