Depleted Wildcats drop a game against a solid opponent
On Saturday, the KUA JV2 Boys team traveled the long way to Dublin School. Although the view from the field was beautiful, the results of the game were not quite so. By this point in the season, several players were nursing injury, thinning out a squad that would be playing against a team with 27 athletes in uniform. Facing a very strong forward, KUA was challenged to slow them down, and that challenge went in large part to Theo Starosta ’23, who did an excellent job marking their top player. Additionally, Charles Tong ’25 provided strong minutes on the defensive side of the ball. Being down a few players, the Wildcats wore down throughout the game and succumbed to a tough loss.
