KUA drops one to Tabor
KUA hosted the Seawolves of Tabor Academy on Sunday evening. Tabor jumped out to a two goal lead with a goal half way through the first period and another early in the second. KUA responded well with two goals of their own, both in the second. Roope Hirvonen had the first KUA goal and it was assisted by Ben Finkelstein. The second KUA goal was scored by Nic Hamre and assisted by both Jack Griffin and Bobby Young. The third period saw two more Tabor goals mid way through the period. While the Wildcats responded with a goal from George Sennott that was assisted by Pat Shea in the last minute of play, the goal was too little too late. Tabor won 4 to 3 in a hard fought and quality hockey game.
