WILDCATS GRAB FIRST WIN OF SEASON!

Allie Moehrke earned the game ball today in the Wildcats first victory of the season.  Moehrke made several nice defensive plays at second base and had heads up running on the basepath as she stole 2 bases and scored two runs.  She also rapped a single and a double while batting in one run.  Senior tri-captain Becca Carver was the only other repeat hitter on the day as the KUA Wildcats defeated the VA Wildcats 12-3.

Winning pitcher Megan McDevitt went the distance on the mound striking out 9 batters, scattering 4 hits and walking just one.
