KUA Beats GCDS

In their second game of the day, after beating St. Luke's earlier, the Wildcats bats were on fire as they belted 22 hits in just four innings to beat Greenwich Country Day School 24-1 (four-inning run rule) on Saturday at St. Luke's in New Canaan, CT. Stella Prieto led the offensive attack with five hits and six RBIs, while Anna Baker, Leila Portugal, Avy Arias, Kennedy FitzSimons, Gabi Young, and Hannah Young all had multi-hit days. Both Portugal and FitzSimons knocked home runs over the fence as well. Bella Lieberman and Lila Osborn each added hits for KUA. Baker pitched all four innings for KUA giving up just two hits while striking out six.
