KUA Tops St. Luke's

In a matchup of two WNE final-four teams from last season, KUA got a 17-strikeout performance from pitcher Bailey Cassin and several timely hits to beat a strong St. Luke's team 4-1 in New Canaan, CT on Saturday. The sophomore pitcher also had a big day at the plate, going 3-for-3 with a home run. Anna Baker had two hits for KUA while Leila Portugal, Stella Prieto, Avy Arias, and Kennedy FitzSimons also had hits.
