KUA JV1 Boys Basketball Wraps Up Season at Holderness
The Kimball Union Academy JV1 Boys Basketball team traveled to Holderness School for the final contest of the 2025–2026 season. On a night when shots were hard to come by, the Wildcats battled throughout but ultimately fell 57–47.
Holderness jumped out early, and KUA trailed 36–26 at the half. Despite the cold shooting stretch, the Wildcats showed resilience in the second half, competing possession by possession and refusing to let the game slip away without a fight.
Henry Sullivan led all KUA scorers with 16 points, providing a steady offensive presence. Myles Boston added 7 points, while William Gordon contributed 6. Additional scoring came from Adi Lesbek (2), Michael Ho (4), Bryson Morgan (2), Kayden McIntosh (4), and Bear Martin (5), reflecting a true team effort in the season finale.
The Wildcats conclude the season with a 6–9 record. While the final tally does not always capture the full story, this group was competitive in many contests and continued to grow throughout the winter. Their commitment, coachability, and energy made the season an enjoyable one for the coaching staff.
Thank you to the players, families, and supporters who backed JV1 all season long. The foundation has been laid, and the future remains bright.
