Big Third Period Gives Wildcats the Win

Tied 1-1 going into the third period, the Wildcats got goals from Jack Sadowski (2), Daniel Tokariwski, and Corwith Simmers to pull away and score a 5-1 win at New Hampton on Friday. Sam LeDrew opened the scoring in the first period for the Wildcats when he buried a rebound off a Sadowski shot. Jackson Kyrkostas picked up his first of two assists in the game on the play. New Hampton tied the game in the second and pressed for more, but KUA goalie Colby Boyce was equal to the task, finishing with 34 saves on the night.
