'Cats Fall To Brewster's Bobcats

The JV2 boy's hoop squad traveled across the state to take on the Brewster Bobcats in a very good Lakes Region game. The home team had two scorers account for 44 of their 51 points and hit six three-pointers and 12 of 13 shots from the foul line to account for the final margin. Sophomore Charles Tong controlled the boards for the Wildcats and finished with a team-leading 13 pints. Fellow soph Adam Shaver played almost the entire game at guard and dropped in 8 points of his own. Jake Donziger '25 played his usual tough defensive game and corralled some important rebounds as well. No shame in losing to this Bobcat team, which sports a 6-1 record and will be one of the top teams the Wildcats play all season. The 'Cats continue their long road tour when they head to New Hampton School to take on the Huskies on Saturday at 2:30.
