KUA battles to OT with NEPSAC AA Worcester and falls short

With the support of a great Sunday afternoon crowd the KUA varsity boys stormed out to a large first half lead only to see 11-4 Worcester Academy gain their footing in the second half. After Worcester Academy took their first lead with under a minute to go, KUA's Casey Cormier '22 hits a deep three-pointer on an assist from Cash McClure '22 to send it to overtime.  Worcester Academy came up with a few more answers in OT and travel south with a 79-72 OT victory.  Cash McClure '22 led the way with 17pts multiple assists rebounds and steals.  Casey Cormier '22 led the scoring attack with 18 pts on 6 made 3 pointers.  Nate Fouts '22 chipped in with 11pts and Daniel Muila-Mwaka provided 8pts and a terrific defensive and rebounding performance in the loss.  KUA has a busy 3 game week ahead with Proctor, Governors and Vermont all on the schedule.
