KUA Tops Winchendon

Revy Mack (2 G, 1 A) and Tyler Wishart (1 G, 2 A) led the offensive attack as the Wildcats took down a feisty Winchendon team in a hard-fought 4-2 battle. With the score 0-0 in the second, Mack buried a rebound off a Wishart shot, with Alex Keller also earning an assist. Winchendon would tie the game late in the second, but Mack, on a set up from Wishart, scored with two seconds left in the period to give the Wildcats the 2-1 lead after two. Duncan Ramsay also earned an assist on the play. Wishart, on assists from Mack and Keller, scored midway through the third, and forty seconds later Michael Sullo cashed in on the powerplay to make the score 4-1. Jaiden Moriello tallied an assist on the play. Winchendon scored a late goal but KUA goalie Dan Heroux shut the door the rest of the way, making 21 saves in the win.
