In the second game of the opening day of the Flood-Marr Tournament, the Wildcats skated to a 3-3 tie with the host Milton Academy Mustangs. After falling behind 2-0 after the first period, the Wildcats took a 3-2 lead in the second when Revy Mack scored twice and Bobby May's seeing-eye wrister from the point found the back of the net. Milton tied it late in the second, capitalizing on a KUA turnover, and the third period and overtime settled nothing. Tyler Wishart had two assists for the Wildcats while Duncan Ramsay, Jaiden Moriello, and Jackson Kyrkostas added single helpers. Goalie Dan Heroux stopped 18 shots in the KUA net.
