KUA @ Lakes Region Championships

Kimball Union Academy attended the Lakes Region Championships at St.Paul’s School. The other teams in attendance were: The Dublin School, Holderness Academy, Proctor Academy, New Hampton School, Tilton Academy, Brewster Academy, Cardigan Mountain School, Vermont Academy, and The White Mountain School. The scorers for the boys team were: Owen McBride (23rd place, 19:36), Maxwell Chisholm (24th place,19:46),Gabe Laszewski (34th,20:09), and Declan Clark (79th place ,23:05). James Chen (80th place, 23:05) and Brad Ji (105th place, 25:32) also had strong performances for the team. Chisholm, Laszewski, Clark, Chen, and Ji all had personal record races today. As a team, the boys came in 6th place out of 11 teams. The scorers for the girls team were Lexy Gray (24th place, 24:34), Ellen Hu (41st place, 26:41), and Kate Gao (56th place, 28:33). As a team, the girls came in 6th place out of 8 teams. The team will return to action on November 9th at the NEPSTA Championships, which will be hosted by The Gunnery and Millbrook School.
