With eight golf courses located within 35 minutes of campus, Kimball Union Academy provides a premier environment for competitive golfers to refine their skills. The team is proud to call two of New Hampshire’s top 18-hole championship courses home: Eastman Golf Links and Montcalm Golf Club. Both venues feature stunning New England landscapes, driving ranges, practice greens, and challenging layouts that test and develop high-level players.
The KUA Golf Team competes in the Lakes Region Athletic Conference in 9-hole match play events, with each match featuring the top six golfers from each school. This format ensures a highly competitive atmosphere, providing opportunities for our best players to showcase their skills against top-level competition from other schools.
Focused on competitive excellence, the KUA squad is composed of both male and female golfers who demonstrate commitment and talent. Practices and matches are designed to push athletes to reach their potential, emphasizing skill refinement, strategic thinking, and a strong mental approach to the game.

KUA's home course, Eastman Golf Links, didn't open until today, which means today we played our first and last match on our "home field." The weather was ideal, the Wildcats' golf game was not. Luke Clarner and Nate McLean pulled out heroics on the last hole to halve their matches. Those were the only points earned on the day. The Lakes Region Championships will be on Wednesday at the Lake Sunapee CC.
KUA got to play the beautiful course of Owl's Nest today. It was unseasonably chilly, but that didn't cool off the Wildcats. The match was tied awaiting the final foursome. KUA bearly edged out Holderness for the 5-4 win. The next match is on Monday v. Proctor Academy.
