    The Junior Varsity teams at Kimball Union Academy are dedicated to teaching fundamental skills, fostering athletic growth, and creating the foundation for future success as Wildcat student-athletes. Focused on development, these teams provide an inclusive and supportive environment for players to improve their abilities, build confidence, and gain valuable game experience.

    Coaches emphasize skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship, ensuring that every player grows both on and off the field, ice, court, or track. Through practices, games, and team-building activities, JV athletes learn what it means to be a part of the Wildcat community—playing with pride, determination, and camaraderie.

    In an intense basketball showdown, the game took a thrilling turn as the team maintained a comfortable double-digit lead for the majority of the second half. However, the tide shifted dramatically when New Hampton launched a formidable late comeback, bringing the score within just one point.
    As the pressure mounted, Henry stepped up to the challenge, showcasing nerves of steel. In a crucial moment, he sank some clutch free throws, proving to be the decisive factor that sealed the game for our team.
    Warner emerged as the driving force throughout the game, contributing a stellar performance with an impressive 16 points. Meanwhile, Henry's pivotal free throws, along with his overall contribution, added 9 crucial points to the scoreboard.
