The Wildcats won their home opener over Dublin this past Saturday. KUA secured the one doubles point by winning two of the three matches in the second and third positions. Moving into singles KUA won five of the six matches.

•  Brent McCreesh saves match point before securing victory in a third set tiebreak
• Nick Pais fills in for injured Brider Close and wins at the 3rd position
• Thomas Shortlidge does not drop a game

KUA squeezes out their first match of the season due to a strong singles performance. KUA was not able to pull out any victories in doubles, dropping three consecutive matches. However, their strong singles showing led them to a 1-0 start to the season. The Wildcats look forward to their season opener this coming Saturday versus Dublin School. Plenty of serving, volleying, and footwork drills planned for the week ahead.
