Beatrice Beliveau

Beatrice (Bea) M. Beliveau, 89, of East Plainfield NH was born on December 23, 1926 and passed away Saturday June 18, 2016. She was born in Bowden, ME to the late William Williams & Elva (Rogerson) Douglass. She was raised by her father and Grandmother. She grew up and attended schools in Bath, ME. She moved to Lebanon in 1950, married Louis A. Beliveau Jr. and began their family, settling in East Plainfield where they raised their four children. Bea enjoyed her gardens, feeding the birds, and greatly appreciated the view from her back deck. She loved her home and her family. She was not one to travel far but loved returning to Maine and Gloucester MA to visit her family. For many years Bea was known for her homemade doughnuts and shared them with friends and neighbors. Bea was a caring woman, always there when there was a need. Bea entered the work force at Kimball Union Academy following her husband's death in 1970. She retired from Kimball UnionAcademy in 1991. She was a past member of the Meriden Congregational Church and of the Meriden Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. Later she became a member of the First Baptist church of Lebanon NH. She is survived by her children Libbie A. Robinson and Alan of Franklin, NH, William L Beliveau of Thousand Oaks, CA, Tamara Pushee and James of Hillsboro, NH and Mark Beliveau of Lebanon, NH brothers, Alan Williams and Dot of Harpswell, ME, Larry Douglass and Nancy of Auburn, ME, Carl Douglass and Mildred of Hebron, ME and sister, Janice Lee Bolduc also of Maine, grandchildren Tracy Champagne, Jonathan Gilpatrick, Shannon Bagley, Meghan Pushee, Nicholas Beliveau, Nathaniel Pushee, six great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, and infant son Michael Anthony Beliveau, a sister Josephine Wright and a brother Sonny Williams, a grandson Jason L. Beliveau and a granddaughter Hannah Louise Pushee, Bea was also preceded by her dear friend and companion of many years Harry Decato.
