KUA Falls Short Against St. Paul's School, 49-46, in Nail-Biter at Alumni Gym

In a thrilling game at Alumni Gym, the Kimball Union Academy faced off against St. Paul's School in a game that kept fans on the edge of their seats until the final buzzer. Despite a strong start that saw them leading at halftime with a score of 22-19, KUA couldn't hold onto their lead, ultimately succumbing to St. Paul's with a close scoreline of 49-46.

Mikey Winham '25 led KUA with 12 points. Followed by Shafi Ibrahim '24 with 10 points. Jake Paradneck '25 and Andile Muhlauri '24 put up a fight as well, scoring 4 and 9 points respectively. Cale Goodnow '26 added a crucial 6 points, while Shangshang Tong '25 managed to put 3 points on the board. Emil Poell '25, with a contribution of 2 points, rounded out the scoring for KUA.

KUA is on the road for their next game at Phillips Exeter Academy on Saturday, January 20th. The tipoff is 3 PM.
