Wildcats Win in OT, Advance to Prep Cup Final

Jack Sadowski scored 3:15 into overtime to send the Wildcats to the GameSheet Prep Cup final with a 6-5 win over St. Andrew's College of Toronto. Corwith Simmers had a big game for KUA, scoring a hat trick and adding an assist. Sam LeDrew and Sadowski each had a goal and an assist while CJ Watroba scored the other KUA goal. Andrew O'Sullivan tallied three assists while Malcolm Baar, Jack McMinn, and Nick Evans also added helpers. Goalie Blake McMeniman stood tall and was busy in the KUA net, stopping 42 shots for the win. The Wildcats take on Northwood in the final game at 12:10 on Sunday at the Rinks at Exeter.
