In Their Own Words: Misora ’23

Misora '23 is from Tokyo and plays on the varsity soccer and softball teams. What surprised her most during her first year at KUA, is its large size and how it's surrounded by nature, which she says is "much different than Tokyo!"

What surprised you the most about being a student during your first year at KUA?
I was surprised by how big the campus is and how it's surrounded by nature, which is much different than Tokyo.

What is one piece of advice you'd like to share with incoming students?
Nothing lasts forever, it is what you make it, so make the most of it.

Where is your favorite place on campus and why?
The school store. I love interacting with all the different people there, and Jen [the store manager] is the best. I go there at least five times a day to hang out.

Sautéed cabbage
