Offense Ignites Win Over Brewster

Sullivan Mack tallied his third hat-trick of the season as the Wildcats fired 59 shots on net to roll to a 6-2 win over Brewster Academy in Wolfeboro on Friday. After falling behind 1-0, the Wildcats scored a first-period powerplay goal when Mack buried a rebound from Paul Dore’s shot to tie the game. Tomas Mazura earned his first of three assists on the play as well. KUA broke the game open in the second, scoring the next three goals. Mack scored his second of the game just four minutes in and Bobby May tipped home a Connor Chalmers shot to extend the lead. Dore scored on the powerplay midway through the second to give KUA a three-goal edge. Brewster got one goal back, but Mack completed the hat-trick midway through the third and Luca Fantilli scored a highlight-reel goal late to round out the scoring. Zak Brice earned the win in net, making 15 saves.
