KUA, Nobles Skate to Draw at Flood Marr

In the 3rd place game at the Flood Marr Tournament, the Wildcats battled Noble and Greenough School to a 1-1 tie. KUA struck early, as Sullivan Mack stole a puck from a Nobles defender and beat the goalie on the first shot of the game. Nobles answered when it capitalized on a KUA turnover, knotting the game at one. The score remained unchanged despite several excellent chances on both sides. Junior goalie Zak Brice stood tall for KUA, stopping 30 of 31 shots and making several excellent saves late in the game and in overtime. Mack and defenseman Teddy Griffin were named to the All-Tournament team for KUA.
