KUA beats Proctor for the second time this season with a hot shooting first half, 88-69.

KUA came away with a convincing win, beating Proctor Academy 88-69 at home this afternoon. The Wildcats jumped out to an 11-2 lead, hitting their first four shots and then pushed it into double digits taking a 16 pt lead at the half, shooting 65% from the field.  A quick start in the second half allowed the Wildcats to maintain this margin for most of the second half.  Enoch Cheeks lead all scorers with 26pts today, followed closely be Nick Timberlake with 22 pts.  Eze Dike had a strong defensive effort to go along with 13 pts for the game with Will Engelhardt joining them in double figures with 11pts.  This win pushes KUA’s overall record to 14-10 with two regular season games remaining to be played next week.
