KUA holds on for road win

Wildcat Ben Tardiff scored two goals to lead KUA to a 2-1 victory over Cushing Academy on the road. Tardiffs first goal came just 7 minutes into the match when he headed a cross in from Noah Spaulding. KUA would take a 1-0 lead into the second half. At the 60 minute mark, Tardiff would score his second goal of the match, finishing a penalty kick after being taken down in the box by a Cushing defender. Cushing would push back from there scoring in the 86th minute off a rebound from a corner kick. KUA's back four  julian Erhard, Dominick DaCruz, Tucker Williams and Thomas Pierce finished the game limiting Cushings chances to seal the 2-1 victory. Nkosi Dube picked up the win for the Wildcats. KUA is next in action when they host St. Paul's on Wednesday October4th at 3:00pm. KUA is now 4-0 on the year.
