KUA boys basketball travelled to Bridgton ME today to take on the Wolverines of Bridgton Academy. Up one midway through the first half, the Wildcats struggled to make shots as Bridgton went on a 12-3 run to take a ten point lead into the locker rooms at the half. KUA battled back to make it a three point deficit 38-35 six minutes into the second half, but Bridgton went on a second run, this one an 11-2 run, to take 12 point lead which they eventually built to 18 by the game’s end. Jordan Huntley lead KUA scorers with 14 pts, going 7-8 from the foul line. Trent Noordsij joined him in double figures with 11pts for the night. Bridgton's Joe Sieger had a game high 23 points, going 7-10 from beyond the arc. KUA is scheduled to return to action vs Gould in Meriden, NH on Monday depending on the status of the upcoming storm.
