Judd Helps to Lift KUA over Holderness on Her Birthday!

KUA raced out to a double-digit lead in the opening minutes of today's matchup with Holderness and never looked back. Birthday Girl, Miranda Judd, netted 9 of her 10 points in the first half to help give the Cats a 38-27 advantage at the break.

Foul trouble plagued the Bulls, but the Wildcats did not take full advantage as they capitalized on just 15 of 35 free throw attempts. Despite this, Kimball Union had balanced scoring in today's 66-43 victory with Taylor Soule leading the way with 22 points and at least half as many rebounds.  Ella Bankert and Kate Fowler chipped in  with 11 points apiece while Christina Ryan was close behind with 8.

Freshman Catherine Beaupre played with great composure and confidence on both ends of the floor.

There is no rest for the now 8-3 Wildcats as they host undefeated Wilbraham and Monson tomorrow night at 6pm.
