KUA Drops Game to Lawrenceville
KUA held a slight lead throughout most of the first half after spotting Lawrenceville a 6-0 lead, however, Lawrenceville battled back and headed into halftime with a 21-20 advantage.
Lawrenceville came out blazing to start the second stanza while Kimball Union went cold from the floor. The lead swelled to double-digets though the Cats chipped away and were able to get within striking distance after a nice drive by Catherine Beaupre (Lebanon, NH) and two free throws from Sarah Heishell-Mann (Cornish, NH). Unfortunately Lawrenceville rebuilt the lead and went away with a 50-35 victory.
Taylor Soule (Lebanon, NH) paced the Wildcats, now 3-1, with 19 points.
