Kimball Union Academy Wins 2014 NEPSAC Simmons/Piatelli Championship!
KUA used goals by Chris Shero and Jacob Paluch in the second period to take a 2-0 lead into the third period. Midway through the third period, Bobby Hall and Tyler Bird scored goals almost back to back to seal the victory for the wildcats. Dom Franco added an empty netter late in the third. Paul Leger turned in a solid performance making 22 saves on the day. KUA ends the season with a record of 26-6-5 and their second NEPSAC Small School Championship in three years.
