KUA Comes Up Short vs. Proctor

KUA fell behind 0-1 in the 1st period on a shot through traffic that caught the high corner. The score remained 0-1 heading into the 2nd. The girls came out hard in the 2nd period and had Proctor on their heels, but could not convert on either of their two power play opportunities. Proctor struck again to go up by two heading into the 3rd period. KUA pushed again in the final frame, but could not solve Proctor’s goaltending. The girls showed some character and fought to the end, but they fell short and will now refocus their efforts on tomorrow’s (Sat., Dec. 14) home battle with Tilton at 2:30pm.
