The Huskies Score in the Second Half to Win

The Wildcats traveled to New Hampton to play the Huskies today for the Huskies’ Parents Weekend.  Both teams had their scoring opportunities during the first half, but the game remained scoreless.

            The Huskies came out strong in the second half, with Tori Fitzgerald scoring off of a corner three minutes into the period.  Liv Preiss scored the clinching goal for New Hampton with 4 minutes remaining in the period.  Senior Storm Sideleau (Contoocook, NH) and senior captain Hannah Madden (Manchester, NH) each took shots on goal but the team could not convert anything into the net.

            The Wildcats are back on the road tomorrow playing the Tilton Rams.
