Another Tough Day on the Ice for the Wildcats

The Lady Wildcats traveled to Philips Exeter on Wednesday with hopes of getting back on track.  KUA came out strong in the first and were able to win the 50-50 battles.  However, Exeter was able to strike first on the Power Play off of a goal through a screen.  The Wildcats continued to battle, but mental lapses allowed Exeter to score two more goals and the Exeter was able to round off the scoring in the third period with yet another goal to make the final 4-0.  The shots were 23-16 in favor of Exeter.  The Wildcats return to action on Friday against NYA where they hope to play a better defensive game.
