The Wildcats traveled to Plymouth State University on Saturday to take on Holderness School. The Wildcats took some time to adjust to the large ice surface; however they were able to have some solid chances in the first. The Wildcats struck first off of a goal by Kristen Webber in which she pinched down the left side wall and beat the Holderness goalie up high. A large portion of the game was played in special teams with KUA having a number of close opportunities on the Power Play. KUA dominated most of the third period, but was unable to drive home a goal. Holderness with under a minute and a half left was able to drive home a goal off of a rebound. The game went into OT and the Wildcats continued to attack, however they were not to get the game winner. The Wildcats outshot Holderness 25-8 on the day. KUA returns to action at home on Wednesday against Vermont Academy.
