Tori Agel filled the stat sheet in today's 66-50 road victory over Vermont Academy, but most notable was her 10th rebound of the game which put her at 500 rebounds for her KUA career. Agel finished the game with 11 boards, 9 points, 7 assists, 2 blocks and 4 steals.  Also having a big game for KUA was freshman Rebecca DeTurk.  DeTurk played a strong defensive game while netting 8 points to go along with 2 steals and 2 rebounds.

The Lady Wildcats took good care of the ball in today's contest committing just 10 turnovers to VA's 21.  Gabby Diaz dished out 5 assists while Ainsley MacDonald was close behind with 4. MacDonald, a senior guard, also grabbed 5 rebounds and had 2 steals to go along with 5 points.

VA did not back down and continued to chip away at the lead but that is when the dynamic duo of the Diaz sisters would hit clutch shots to build a bigger cushion for KUA. Greydy '10 gave a spectacular shooting performance connecting on 11 of 20 shot attempts (including 3 from downtown) for a season high 25 points. Gabby '12 contributed 12 points.  Sophomore Autumn Kariuki completed an old fashioned 3 point play to end the game and give Kimball Union a 66-50 advantage.

KUA improves to 5-1 overall and will host Gann Academy (Waltham, MA) on Monday at 4p.m.
