Despite 26 points from Co-Captain Greydy Diaz ’10 and holding the opponent’s leading scorer to just 6 points, the Wildcats dropped a road game to top-ranked Holderness 55-47. KUA was only behind by 2 at the break (25-27) and was able to get many of the Bulls in foul trouble in the first stanza, but too many turnovers coupled with a cold shooting night from both the field (17-for- 51) and free throw line (12-for-21) spelled doom for the Cats.
KUA, now 8-5, travels to Northfield Mount Hermon on Wednesday.
