KUA wins rematch

Five separate players scored as KUA jumped out to a quick 5 – 1 lead at Williston in their first game after a long break. Defensemen Ben Wyskiel and Nick Millette, and forwards Drew Wagenfeld, Zach Dayno and Trevor MacDonald all scored with Max Baker, Max Affleck and Scott Schachter being credited with assists. Forward Vinnie Smith had a strong game and created several good scoring opportunities, but was stopped by the Williston goalie. Williston scored two unanswered goals late in the second and then pressed hard in what was a dramatic but scoreless third period. Goaltender Taylor Cowan had some great stops late in the game to help lead KUA to its first victory of 2007.
