KUA vs Berwick Academy

 2/11   Girls' Hockey played Berwick on Saturday and went down three goals in the first five minutes.  After these goals, KUA picked up their play and gave Berwick a good game.  Sammi Landino and Sarah Cutts were focused on picking up their players as Ali Howe aggressively forechecked to keep the puck in Berwick's end.  Charlotte Hastings showed her speed and offensive skill and found the back of the net in the third period.  Hastings took a shot off the faceoff and was able to get to her own rebound because Brita  Ulf was strong in front of the net as she tied up Berwick's defenders.  With 5 minutes remaining in the third, KUA was outshooting Berwick but the game ended unfavorably in a 4-1 loss.
