KUA Travelled to Rivers

1/11 KUA boys basketball team travelled to Rivers today and came away on the short end, losing 56-47. Rivers took a three point lead at half time, 25-22, and extended it to 12 midway through the second half. KUA put on a spirited charge cutting the lead down to 4 points with 5 minutes remaining. Foul trouble towards the end and Rivers taking the ball inside lead to the final score. Peter McNamara lead KUA scoring with 13 points; Devin Wooten added 11. Next up is Holderness on Friday.
