Wildcats Beat Bulls in Run-Rule Fashion

In four innings of batting, the Wildcats sent 36 batters to the plate and 19 of them scored, as KUA topped Holderness 19-0 on Tuesday in Meriden. Adi Runge (1 IP, 2 K, 0 H) and Michaela Cokinos (4 IP, 5 K, 3 H) combined for the win in the pitching circle and both girls helped their own causes by scoring three runs each and hitting for extra bases. Misora Hashiramoto, Emma Lapsley, Lulu Leppard, and Lyndsey Patten all had multiple-hit days for the Wildcats, who belted 16 in total.
