Wildcats win on Family Weekend

The wildcats came back from a early 1-0 deficeit and scored two first half goals to lead at 2-1 at the half. Both goals were scored by Junior Rachel Sites with assists going to Senior Julia Walton, Senior Audrey Donohue and Sophomore Carys O'Connor. Just 15 minutes into the second half, Julia Walton got on the scoresheet again, this time finishing off a perfect pass from Sophomore Gwynn McGee. Vermont Academy would score once more but never find the equalizing goal. Solid work from the back four of Emma Lapsley, Sasha Lawton, Taryn Boyer and O'Connor for the final ten minutes. Senior keeper Sophie Braver made 3 great saves in the second half to secure the victory. Wildcats are in action on Wednesday when they travel to Exeter for a 3:30 start.;
