On a hot afternoon on the St. Pauls School campus, the KUA Wildcats came away with a hard fought 1-0 victory. St Pauls controlled the first half of the match putting constant pressure on the KUA back line as well as Senior keeper Sophie Braver. Braver made all the saves she needed to make and gave the Wildcats the confidence they needed for the second half. At the 57 minute mark of the match, Junior Rachel Sites got on the end of a restart from Sophomore Molly Sites and deflected the ball over the head of the St. Pauls keeper. KUA became more determined with the lead and stopped numerous attacks from the talented St. Pauls forwards. The Wildcats hit the road again on Friday when they travel to Holderness for a 4pm start.
