A Much Needed Win

The Wildcats got a much needed win on the road against a talented Cushing team. While KUA won all four quarters, it was a tight game from start to finish.  This game was a tale of two halves for our our offense.  Junior guard came out on fire today and hit five 3's (4 in the second quarter alone) in the first half before cooling off in the second, Jenna finished with 17 points. Sophomore guard Haley Malozzi had a solid offensive game in both halves, she finished with a game high 24 points.  Senior guardd Maddy Haynes and senior forward Lexy Gray struggled on the offensive end tonight but each came up with a huge basket to help secure the win.   Maddy finished with 9 points including a much needed 5 points down the stretch to help secure the win.
