The KUA defnese led by Chris Bassi, Chase Ouhrabka, Jordan Harris and Matt Egan held Dexter to 4 goals.
KUA travelled to Brookline for a physical contest with Dexter. In what was what a great day for both goalies, Joe Citera got the scoring going for KUA halfway through the 1Q to put KUA up 1-0. Andrew Robertello scored a shovel-shot goal with :10 seconds remaining in the first to put the Wildcates up 2-0 at the end of the 1Q. Dexter quickly answerend the 2Q with a goal from the outside, but Ethan Howell talled the next 2 to increase KUA's lead to 4-1. Dexter was able to scrap back in the 3Q off 2 KUA miscues to cloase the score to 4-3 heading into the 4Q. The beginning of the 4Q was a stalemate until Sam Erb and Carson Moe, stung Dexter with two goals early in the possession. The game was won due to a stingy performance by the KUA defense and the scrappy faceoff play of Jordan Harris, Andy Noel and Gunnar Wood.
KUA returns to action on Wednesday at home vs. Williston Northampton.
