  • Accounts Receivable Specialist

    Kimball Union Academy has an immediate opening for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to add to our Business Office team.  This position is responsible for a variety of accounting duties and will interface with students, parents and faculty on a regular basis.  The Accounts Receivable Specialist oversees the enrollment billing process and online interface, general ledger accounting, rental contracting and billing, accounts receivable and collections and other special projects as assigned. Kimball Union Academy offers a comprehensive benefit package including health, dental, life and retirement benefits.

    The qualified candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting of Business and 3 years work experience. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills, have a strong attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities.   • Adjunct Intro to Guitar Instructor

    Kimball Union Academy has a need for an adjunct instructor to teach Intro to Guitar during our winter trimester. The successful candidate must enjoy working with high school students and teachers in a boarding school setting. A background check is required. This is a part-time, salaried, non-benefited position.

  • Junior Varsity Assistant Hockey Coach

    Kimball Union Academy is searching for a Junior Varisty Assistant Hockey Coach for the 2018-2019 winter season.  Practices are generally Monday through Saturday with games on Wednesdays and Saturdays. A valid driver’s license is required.

  • Library Aide

    Kimball Union Academy has a need for library aides to work part-time hours. Hours needed include late afternoon/early evening hours, with some Saturday afternoons. The successful candidate must enjoy working with high school students and teachers in a boarding school setting. A current working knowledge of library systems would be a definite plus.
    Duties will include overseeing the library and ensuring a studious atmosphere; greeting library users; answering the telephone; checking materials in and out; shelving materials; shelf reading; assisting library users with use of the library catalog and databases; maintaining and troubleshooting problems with the photocopier, printer, or computer terminals; and performing other duties as assigned.

  • Part Time Maker-Ed Intern

    Kimball Union Academy Hiring for the 2018-19 School Year - Part Time Maker-Ed intern, weekday afternoons and evenings. Experience independent school life on the beautiful KUA campus! You will assist with supervising students in an after classes sport or activity program and you will proctor evening study hours in our newly renovated Maker Space lounge. You are an ideal candidate if you are interested in interactive STEM education and have experience that allows you to supervise the use of and troubleshoot 3D printers, vinyl-cutters, and the laser printer.
