  • Advancement Officer

    Kimball Union Academy seeks an Advancement Officer to act as a member of the Advancement team to assist in identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding Fund for Kimball Union donors; serve as an advancement liaison; and oversee and assist with special projects and advancement initiatives.
     
    The right candidate will have demonstrated organizational and operational skills; superior interpersonal skills; excellent written and verbal communication and an attention to detail. The ability to manage multiple projects and a high degree of comfort with the use of technology are a must. A familiarity with Raiser’s Edge is preferred. This position requires some weekend and evening work as well as some travel.

  • Full Time Housekeeper/Custodian


    Kimball Union Academy is looking for an energetic team player to join our team! An opportunity is available for a full time Custodian/Housekeeper to assist in day-to-day housekeeping functions in dorms, classrooms and offices. Other duties include multiple event setups throughout the year and moving of furniture. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years housekeeping experience.
     
    This full time position would receive a competitive compensation and benefits package.

  • Health Center Nurse

    Kimball Union Academy is currently seeking a Paramedic/RN to work in our health center facility. This position requires 32 hours a week and rotating weekends during the school year.

  • Part Time Bus Drivers


    Kimball Union Academy is seeking part-time school bus drivers to transport students primarily for athletic events. Additional extracurricular runs may also be available as needed. Typical runs are Wednesday and Saturdays. 

    Experienced bus drivers with a CDL with passenger and school bus endorsements is required and must be able to provide 10 years of employment history.
